To
confirm booking, a deposit worth 30% of the price of the stay
is needed. Apartments are booked only after the receiving of this
deposit. On the arrival and before the delivery of the keys, it
is needed to pay the balance of the whole stay and a caution of
300,00€ for apartment; the last one will be given back on
departure after checking no damages inside the apartment.
CANCELLATION/RENUNCIATION
Cancellation/renunciation
must be communicated by written form. Deposits are not
reimbursed. If cancellation is communicated at least
90 days before the arrival, the Residence Ambra grants to Client
to use deposit for booking another stay of same or similar length
in 2011.
